The ongoing war is undoubtedly affecting individuals and communities in profound ways. We recognize that it may also have implications for your research progress and academic pursuits.
In times like these, fostering a sense of community and support becomes paramount. We believe in the strength of academic collaboration and wish to extend an invitation for dialogue on how we can assist each other during these trying times. Our collective resilience and commitment to the pursuit of knowledge can serve as a source of strength and support.
To this end, we would like to explore various avenues for inter-academic support. If you are interested in doing a research stay at a Psychology department in Germany, please reach out to us with a short description of your research and individual needs, potentially already a suggestion for a researcher in Germany/Austria/Switzerland with similar research interests who could be a good host. We will do our best to link you with potential hosts and support you in the process.
We oppose severing ties with society members entrenched in war and are thus directing this call to Israelis and Palestinians or other identities impacted by this war.
